1. Products & Orders

  • We sell home furnishings: fabric corner sofas (upholstered furniture) and wool carpets (textile floor coverings).

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and natural material variations.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

 

For Fabric Corner Sofas (Flammability – 16 CFR Part 1640):

  • Follow assembly instructions carefully. Improper assembly can cause instability or injury.

  • Place on level, stable surface.

  • Do not exceed weight limits (check product specs; typically 250‑600 lbs per seat).

  • Keep away from open flames, candles, and heat sources. Upholstery meets federal flammability standard 16 CFR 1640.

  • The permanent label “Complies with U.S. CPSC requirements for upholstered furniture flammability” is affixed – do not remove.

For Wool Carpets (Flammability – 16 CFR Part 1630/1631):

  • Use a rug pad underneath to prevent slipping.

  • Keep away from heat sources and open flames.

  • Not intended for use on stairs without proper securement.

  • If carpet is labeled “FLAMMABLE,” keep away from all ignition sources.

3. Safety Standards Compliance

4. General Certificate of Conformity (GCC)
For general‑use products (adult sofas and carpets), we provide a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) available upon request, certifying compliance with applicable CPSC safety rules (16 CFR 1640 for sofas, 16 CFR 1630/1631 for carpets, 16 CFR 1303 for surface coatings) based on testing or a reasonable testing program.

5. Children‘s Product Certificate (CPC)
For products intended for children 12 and under, we provide a Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) based on third‑party testing at a CPSC‑accepted laboratory, including CPSIA lead (<100 ppm substrate, ≤90 ppm coating), phthalates (<0.1%), and 16 CFR Part 1130 tracking labels on product and packaging.
